If you are not ka-razy with your purchase, please send an e-mail with your name, order number and purchase concern within 30 days of arrival of purchase. If you need to cancel your order, we'll make every effort to accommodate, so long as it has not yet shipped. Do note, however, once the item has shipped, the order cannot be canceled. In this case, you can request to return the item for a refund (minus shipping costs). After 30 days, store credit will be offered in exchange for returns. Also please note that once merchandise has been opened, any defects are to be brought to the attention of the manufacturer, as we check all the merchandise upon arrival for any noticeable issues.
